These terms cover use of this website. They are not a cleaning contract.

The website
The pages describe commercial cleaning for facilities, including service notes for Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. Those cities are service markets. They are not Zenqly offices. The website is information. It does not, by itself, reserve a crew, guarantee a date, set a price, or create a service relationship.
Quote requests
The form on the contact page sends a quote request to Zenqly. Submitting it is an enquiry. It is not a confirmed booking, a guaranteed cleaning date, a final price, a promise of availability, or a service contract.
This website does not publish a price list. Service-page descriptions are not a binding quote. If Zenqly and the requester continue, the actual scope, schedule, price, and other terms are set in later communication or in a written scope or agreement. If that document conflicts with a page here, the written scope controls the work.
Information you provide
Please give reasonably accurate information about the commercial facility: type, location, approximate size, the work requested, and access or scheduling constraints you already know. If more visual detail would help, photographs may be sent in later correspondence. Zenqly does not offer a preliminary walkthrough or site inspection as part of preparing a quote from this website.
Services and availability
The work Zenqly may discuss is commercial cleaning. The exact tasks depend on what is later agreed. Residential cleaning is not offered. This website does not guarantee availability, a response time, or a particular schedule. Dates are held only when a written scope says they are held. Zenqly may decline work that is unsafe, incomplete, or outside the services described on this site.
Your responsibilities
If you request service, you are responsible for accurate facility details, hours, and access information. Building permissions, alarm procedures, and rooms that are off limits remain yours to state. Do not send keys, codes, or other security credentials through the quote form.
What this site does not claim
This site does not claim ratings, awards, years in business, insurance, licences, certifications, or a count of buildings cleaned. Examples of schedules are illustrations. Buildings differ.
Cancellation
If a date needs to change after a scope has been accepted in writing, contact the person who confirmed that scope as early as you can. Any cancellation or reschedule term has to be in that scope. This website does not set a fee on its own.
Intellectual property
Zenqly branding, original site copy, and original layout and design are owned by Zenqly. Images on the website are illustrative. You may share links to these pages. You may not republish the text as your own service description.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit information you have no right to share.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as available. Descriptions of services are invitations to discuss a scope, not warranties that a particular crew, date, or price will be offered.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Zenqly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising only from use of the website. Liability for booked cleaning, if any, belongs in the written scope and under applicable law, not in this website limitation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are meant to be read under the laws of Canada that apply to them. This page does not name a province of incorporation or a home court. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a new version with a new date. A service scope, once accepted, changes only in the way that scope allows.
