Deep cleaning for office suites is a list, not a mood. Typical additions: tops of millwork, sills, door tracks, the inside of microwaves and fridges, dust on chair bases, and a more patient pass on kitchen floors. Desks are still treated carefully. Paper is not “organized.”

Commercial kitchen deep cleaning is a separate block inside the quote. It can include agreed equipment exteriors, splash zones, the floor, and a degrease of surfaces you list. Hoods, filters, and fire-suppression gear stay with the vendor who certifies them unless your brief says a coordinator has cleared a limited wipe.
There is no posted commercial kitchen deep cleaning cost. Grease level, equipment count, and whether the kitchen can go cold for a day decide the hours. Send photos. A price without them is a guess.
Appliance interiors beyond a staff fridge are listed one by one. Commercial appliance deep cleaning is easy to over-promise and slow to deliver if the line is still hot.

Setting an end point so the reset can finish
Office deep cleaning drifts when the list is “everything.” Choose the rooms and the interiors. A practical office list is kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms, and the edges of the open floor. Private offices can be included if access is certain and paper will not be stacked into piles the cleaner invented. Deep cleaning office services should leave documents where they were.
Kitchens need a cold window. Commercial kitchen deep cleaning services cannot degrease a line that is still plating food. Book a close, confirm gas and power rules, and say which machines are in. Commercial deep cleaning service visits also need waste capacity. A fridge clean-out and a cupboard detail produce more bags than a normal night. Say where those bags go. Small logistical notes are what let the end point stay the end point, instead of a second unpriced visit to finish the bins.
When the building is coming out of a fit-out, use the construction page first. Dust in tracks and film on millwork is a different soil. Calling it office deep cleaning will understate the hours and disappoint the walk-through.
