Zenqly is a commercial cleaning practice for facilities: offices, retail, industrial buildings, warehouses, and medical workplaces. The name comes from Zen Quality: a calm, consistent standard written into the scope rather than left as a slogan.
The public face of the company is this website and the scopes we write from it. You will not find a founded-in year, a headcount, or a wall of logos here. Those facts are not ours to invent. What you can read is how the work is defined.
What we are willing to say
The service is commercial. Homes are not the product. A quote starts from the building, the hours, and the standard, then becomes a document. Communication has a named contact on your side and a written place for changes.
Specialist work stays named: carpet, floors, windows, deep cleaning, and post-construction passes. Folding them into a janitorial rate without saying so is how expectations slip. The map of those services is on the services page.
What we will not imply
- A street address or a city headquarters
- Awards, star ratings, or client lists
- Insurance, bonding, or licences we have not documented
- A guarantee that every request can be accepted
