Quote-form information

The quote form on the contact page collects information you provide for a commercial cleaning enquiry. The visible fields are name, company, email, phone, facility type, city, requested service, approximate facility size, preferred schedule, a message, and agreement to this Privacy Policy. All of those visible fields are required.

You supply this information so Zenqly can review a quote request. Submitting the form is an enquiry. It does not confirm a booking, a cleaning date, a final price, availability, or a service contract.

How the form works

A submitted request is sent to Zenqly’s website endpoint, checked on the server, and emailed to [email protected]. The site can send the request with JavaScript or, without JavaScript, as an ordinary form post. Your email address is used as the reply address so Zenqly can continue the conversation. A successful send on the website means the request was handed to email delivery. It is not a guarantee that every message arrives in an inbox.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field used to detect automated submissions. That field is not meant for you to complete. Automated submissions identified this way are not treated as genuine enquiries.

The website application does not store quote submissions in a customer database, does not use a PHP session for the form, and does not save the form in cookies, local storage, or session storage. A successful enquiry is delivered to Zenqly’s email mailbox.

Consent

The form asks you to tick: “I agree to the Privacy Policy.” That checkbox records agreement to this notice. It does not create a cleaning contract and it is not consent to marketing.

How enquiry information is used

Zenqly uses quote-form information to review the cleaning request, understand the commercial facility and the work asked for, prepare or discuss a proposed scope or quote, communicate with the requester, continue service discussions if the requester chooses to proceed, and help prevent misuse, spam, and abuse of the site.

Zenqly does not sell or rent personal information. Quote-form contact details are not added to a marketing list solely because a visitor submits an enquiry.

Sensitive information

Do not use the quote form for information that is not needed to discuss commercial cleaning. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, building access codes, keys, alarm credentials, or other security details.

Email, hosting, and logs

The website and email delivery run on hosting infrastructure. That infrastructure may create ordinary technical, security, or access logs. Those logs can include an IP address, the time of a request, the URL requested, browser or device information, and a referrer where the browser sends one. This policy does not name a hosting provider or a log retention period, because those details are not published here.

Cookies, analytics, and similar tools

Zenqly’s application code does not set tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage for the quote form. It does not run analytics tags, advertising pixels, retargeting, a tag manager, CAPTCHA, a third-party form processor, or embedded chat or video tools. Typefaces are stored with the site.

Hosting or security infrastructure in front of the site may use strictly necessary technical measures, which could include a technical cookie. If that happens, it is not set by the page script for advertising. Details that belong on the cookie page are in the cookie policy.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, discuss the requested scope or quote, continue the business relationship if the requester proceeds, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. This website does not keep a separate enquiry database in the application itself.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may email [email protected] about personal information Zenqly holds, including a request for access, correction, or deletion. Zenqly will consider the request in light of the information it has and applicable Canadian privacy requirements. This is not a promise of instant deletion, unconditional deletion, or an automated privacy portal.

Security

No website can promise that transmission or storage is immune to misuse. Zenqly uses HTTPS, server-side checks on quote submissions, and an anti-spam field as practical measures. Use a device you trust, and keep unnecessary sensitive details out of the form.

Children

This website is written for adults seeking commercial cleaning for facilities. It is not directed at children, and Zenqly does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes
