What this service does not quietly include
Post construction cleaning companies are sometimes asked to haul hazardous material, scrape fireproofing, or “make it safe.” That is a different trade. Zenqly’s construction cleanup services are cleanliness: debris and dust of an ordinary fit-out, disposed of through normal commercial waste routes you already have, or as the quote describes.

Coordination with the contractor
A final clean scheduled while flooring is still being laid will be redone, and you will pay for the repetition. Zenqly asks for a single site contact, a date when dust-making work stops, and a note about power, water, and waste bins. Commercial construction cleaning services live or die on that sequence.
After handover, switch languages. The ongoing standard belongs to janitorial services or office cleaning, not to an open-ended construction crew. Window film and first-occupancy glass spots can move to commercial window cleaning once the site is stable.
Information that changes a project price
Post construction cleaning rates move for reasons you can see on site. Floor area is only one of them. The stage of the build matters more. A rough clean of a shell is mostly debris. A final clean of a fitted office is edges, glass, and dust that has settled twice. Post construction cleaning prices that ignore the stage are why the second invoice appears.
Height is the other quiet multiplier. A lobby with a two-storey glass wall is not the same hour count as a standard suite. If you need that glass in the final pass, say so, and say how it is reached. Waste handling has to be real. If the general contractor’s bin is the disposal route, confirm the crew may use it. If the building forbids construction waste in the tenant chute, the quote needs another plan. Commercial construction cleaning services stall on this more often than on chemistry.
Protect finished surfaces that other trades still need to walk on. A final clean followed by a flooring crew is a clean you will buy again. The touch-up exists for that reason. Build it into the schedule when punch-list work is obviously still coming, instead of treating the callback as a dispute.
Send a contact who can answer the night of the clean. Power, water, and a locked electrical room are the usual stops. A post construction cleaning company cannot invent access, and a posted national rate would only hide that conversation.
