Industries and Property Types We Clean

Zenqly organises work by the way a building is used. The list below is a guide to property types. It is not a set of extra city pages, and it is not a claim that every specialty has its own contract template.

Pick the type that matches the complaint you have, then open the service page that owns the task list.

Property types

Commercial buildings

Lobbies, common washrooms, and multi-tenant floors where the boundary with the landlord must be written. Start at commercial cleaning services.

Retail stores

Sales floors and back rooms around trading hours. See retail cleaning.

Property management

Common areas you control across one or more buildings. The scope should list each address. There is no separate SEO page for this role.

Common areas

Entries, washrooms, and corridors that several tenants share. They can sit inside a commercial program if they are yours to assign.

Specialist work still has its own pages: carpet, floors, windows, and deep cleaning.

Mixed buildings

A warehouse with an office, a tower with retail at grade, or a clinic inside a commercial suite should not be forced into one label. Name each zone in the quote. The how we work page shows the order Zenqly uses to turn those zones into a schedule.

Geography is separate from property type. Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver are described under service areas.

Property managers who hold several addresses should still brief each door. A common-area contract and a tenant suite can share an invoice relationship and keep different task lists. The industries on this page are labels for the brief. They are not a promise that every room in a mixed building is cleaned the same way, and they are not extra keyword pages.

If you are unsure which label fits, describe the people in the building: staff at desks, shoppers, patients, or a crew still fitting out the floor. The service page that follows from that description will be more accurate than forcing the building into a single industry name.

Match the building, then request the scope

Tell us the property type and the city. If two types share an address, say so in the message.
